JMS has an extensive ISO compliant training program for certifying Field Service Engineers.
JMS Field Service Engineers are involved with all aspects of a project, from product development, to writing manuals, to start up and optimization, and on to building long-term relationships with the customers.
JMS Field Service Technicians will make sure that those customers requesting immediate assistance will receive a rapid response. Since they are fully trained on all instrumentation, they can address almost all post start-up or component issues.
In addition, they can assist with routine maintenance, instrument calibration, and conduct system audits.
